Durkan & Sons Ltd were appointed by Mandale Homes to deliver the complete groundworks package for Claro Mews, an exclusive residential development in Otley, West Yorkshire.
The scheme comprised a collection of high-quality three-bedroom homes, requiring a comprehensive package of groundworks, drainage, foundations and external infrastructure. Working within an established residential area, careful planning and coordination were essential to minimise disruption while maintaining the construction programme.
