Durkan & Sons Ltd were appointed by Mandale Homes to deliver the complete groundworks package for a residential development at Beechnut Lane, Pontefract.
The project required a comprehensive programme of earthworks, foundations, drainage and infrastructure works across a site with variable ground conditions and a high water table. Sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS) formed a key part of the development, ensuring effective long-term surface water management while meeting planning and environmental requirements.
