Durkan & Sons Ltd were appointed by Kier Living to deliver the complete groundworks and civil engineering package for a new affordable housing development in Wombwell, Barnsley.
The project required the construction of the essential infrastructure needed to support a modern residential community, including roads, drainage, foundations, utilities and external works. Working closely with the principal contractor, our team delivered each phase safely and efficiently to maintain programme and support the successful delivery of much-needed affordable homes.
