Scope of Works:
- Extensive Drainage System:
- Deep drainage installation with concrete pipes up to 900mm diameter and manholes up to 2400mm diameter.
- Installation of a Bison precast concrete box culvert (20 sections, 3000x2700x1950mm).
- Supply and installation of a 2700mm diameter Ridgistorm XL attenuation tank (10 sections, 6m x 2700mm) with bespoke junctions and a 4m deep stormcheck chamber.
- Plot drainage systems to manage water around building foundations.
- Robust Foundations:
- Construction of block and beam floors.
- Incorporation of flooring insulation for enhanced thermal performance.
- Laying and finishing of high-quality concrete screed floors.
- Substructure and Road Construction:
- Blockwork construction up to DPC level.
- Road formation and surfacing with high-quality materials.
- Sewer installation to adoptable standards.
- Permeable block paving for sustainable drainage.

- Installation of underground ducting for essential services (electricity, gas, telecommunications).
