Overview
Durkan & Sons Ltd delivered a comprehensive groundworks and civil engineering package for a residential development in Holmfield, Halifax.
The development comprised 23 new homes, with our works providing the essential below-ground infrastructure, foundations, drainage, plot services and external works required across the site.
Scope of Works
Roads & Sewers
Construction of access roads and associated infrastructure together with foul and surface water drainage serving the residential development.
Drainage & Surface Water Attenuation
Installation of underground drainage and surface water attenuation infrastructure to manage runoff across the development.
Footings & Foundations
Site preparation, excavation and construction of footings and foundations for the new homes.
Plot Services
Installation of service routes and connections to individual plots, coordinating the below-ground infrastructure required throughout the development.
External Works
Completion of associated external works including driveways, footways, paved areas and landscaping works to form the finished residential environment.
