This comprehensive project offers a diverse range of opportunities for skilled professionals. Key areas of work include:
- Essential Infrastructure:
- Roadways & Utilities: Constructing new access roads and implementing essential services like sewer systems, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality within the development.
- Stormwater Management: Designing and installing sustainable stormwater attenuation systems to mitigate flooding and erosion, demonstrating our commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Building Foundations:
- Groundworks & Foundations: Executing precise groundwork, including site preparation, excavation, and the construction of robust footings and foundations to provide a secure base for each home.
- Deep Drainage: Installing efficient underground drainage systems to effectively manage wastewater and groundwater, safeguarding the long-term integrity of the development.
- Home Construction & Finishing:
- Shell & Core: Erecting external walls (blockwork) and connecting essential utilities (water, gas, electricity) to each plot.
- External Works: Creating attractive and functional external features, including driveways, walkways, patios, and landscaping, enhancing the visual appeal and liveability of the community.
