Overview
Durkan & Sons Ltd were appointed by GMI Construction Group PLC to deliver the enabling works package for Harrogate 47, a major mixed-use commercial development in North Yorkshire.
The development will provide industrial units, warehouses, offices and commercial space, requiring extensive site preparation and infrastructure before construction of the permanent buildings could begin. Our team completed the essential civil engineering works needed to prepare the site for future development, including earthworks, drainage, highways and utility infrastructure.
Working to demanding programme requirements, we successfully delivered the enabling works package while overcoming challenging ground conditions and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
