Preparing a strategic development site for construction
Durkan & Sons Ltd was appointed by GMI Construction Group PLC to deliver the enabling works package for Harrogate 47, a major mixed-use commercial development in North Yorkshire.
The development was planned to provide industrial units, warehouses, offices and commercial space. Our team completed the essential civil engineering works needed before permanent building construction, including development platforms, drainage, highways, access routes and utility infrastructure.
