Overview
Durkan & Sons Ltd delivered the groundworks and civil engineering package for the extension and refurbishment of the Jotun Paints office facility. The project involved constructing new reinforced concrete foundations, floor slabs and external infrastructure while carefully integrating the new works with the existing operational building.
Working within a live commercial environment, our experienced team completed extensive excavation, reinforced concrete works, drainage and external works, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s ongoing operations throughout the construction programme.
Careful planning and coordination were essential to safely work around existing underground services and seamlessly connect the new extension with the existing facility.
