Groundworks and Civil Engineering Works Secured at Woodsome View, Lepton

We are pleased to confirm that we have secured the groundworks and enabling works at Woodsome View, Lepton, a new residential development by Miller Homes.
The project forms part of our ongoing workload as groundworks and civil engineering contractors delivering residential infrastructure across Yorkshire.

Early works will focus on site mobilisation, access formation, and haul road construction to support programme-critical activities and sustained construction traffic. Material selection and sequencing have been planned to prioritise durability, safety, and long-term performance, recognising the demands of a live residential development with high vehicle movements.

Our scope of works includes enabling works, bulk earthworks, plot groundworks, retaining walls, drainage and infrastructure works, and elements of adoptable drainage constructed in accordance with S104 requirements. These works will support phased residential construction and provide a robust platform for follow-on trades.
