Overview
Durkan & Sons Ltd were appointed to deliver critical groundworks and civil engineering packages for the prestigious restoration of Piece Hall, one of Britain’s most significant heritage sites. As a Grade I listed Georgian cloth hall, the project demanded careful structural preservation alongside major infrastructure upgrades.
Our work supported the transformation of Piece Hall into a modern civic and commercial space, while maintaining its historical integrity.
