About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Groundworks Site Supervisor to join our team and manage projects across Yorkshire and the North East. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of groundworks on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate groundworks operations, including drainage, concrete works, excavations, and paving.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and motivate site teams, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Site Supervisor in the housebuilding and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of groundworks techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CSCS card (essential)
- CPCS card (advantageous)
- SMSTS certificate (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence (advantageous)
