Groundworks Site Supervisor Wanted
Durkan & Sons Ltd are looking for a skilled and motivated Groundworks Site Supervisor to lead and manage groundworks projects across Yorkshire and the North East.
This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor working across residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all site groundworks operations including drainage, RC concrete, excavations, and paving
- Drive progress on-site, ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Manage, lead, and motivate groundworks teams
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate site records and report progress
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Site Supervisor
- Knowledge across residential and commercial groundworks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- CSCS card – Required
- CPCS card – Preferred
- SMSTS – Preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence – Preferred
